Eric has a wealth of retail experience across North America, Europe and the Middle East. Eric has held a variety of executive roles with leading retailers. An experienced Head Of E-commerce with a demonstrated history of innovative leadership in the retail industry. Skilled in E-commerce, Retail, Digital Marketing, Brand Management, Operations and Merchandising.

Malcolm Duffitt

Co-Founder and Ecommerce Director

With 20 years’ experience in digital and ecommerce, Malcolm has held strategic and P&L responsibility for the ecommerce channel in both FMCG and premium/luxury consumer brands, managing in-house digital teams and delivering growth.
